At TiendaSSL, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept product returns within the following timeframes:

  1. SSL Certificate Returns: You may request the return of an SSL Certificate within 10 (ten) days of purchase. The certificate must not have been issued or used.
  2. Security Hardware Returns: Security hardware products may be returned within 15 (fifteen) days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and have not been registered or activated.

Return Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Please contact our support team at info@tiendassl.com to notify them of your intention to return a product.
  2. Provide purchase information, such as order number and date of purchase, along with a detailed description of the reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
  4. When the return is approved, you must send the returned product to the address we will provide you. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in proper condition, we will process the return.

Refunds

Reimbursements will be made as follows:

  1. SSL Certificate Refunds: Refunds for SSL Certificates will be issued in full, excluding processing and certificate issuance fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Security Hardware Returns: Refunds for security hardware products will be issued in full, excluding shipping charges.

Repayment terms

Refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank and may vary.

Exceptions

Some products and services may not be eligible for return or refund. These include:

  1. SSL Certificates that have already been issued or enrolled.
  2. Customized consulting and configuration services.
  3. Security hardware products that have been registered or activated.
